This lovely apartment is situated in the centre of Florence, close
to the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce, where the famous Florentine
soccer tournament in costume (“Calcio in Costume”) takes place each
year. The apartment of 60 sq.m is on the ground floor in a popular
building and has been nicely restored and furnished with taste, with
the result of having a warm feeling inside for a pleasant stay also
for a longer period.
In this area at few steps, there is the colourful market of
Sant’Ambrogio, all kind of shops and excellent "trattorias" (restaurants),
where Florentines eat during lunch break as well as students.
The apartment is furnished in a modern and functional style with
great attention to accessories. In spite of its very central
position, the apartment is very quiet.
The apartment consists of: living area with TV, kitchen with a
window opened onto the living area (4-ring hob, oven, fridge with
freezer, washing machine), double room, open gallery with sofa bed,
bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and independent heating.
In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas
will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one
month rental as cautionary deposit.
