This cosy apartment is situated on the 4th floor without lift of an ancient typical Florentine house (built in 1240 with small and steep stairs – not suited for elderly persons). It is at a few steps from Piazza Pitti and at short distance from Ponte Vecchio and the historical center, and offers the possibility to live in the heart of the old Florence. The apartment is furnished with care and taste. From all windows guests can enjoy a breathtaking view over the tower of the Signoria Palace, over the Cathedral, over Palazzo Pitti and over the church of S. Spirito.

The apartment consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a small modern and well-equipped kitchen (4-ring hob, oven, fridge, and washing machine), a small bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a staircase to arrive to a second bathroom with shower and to a nice terrace. From here, you have an incredible view over the town: on the left side you see Palazzo Pitti, on the right side, the Church of S. Spirito, and in the front you see the red roofs of Florence with the hill of Belvedere on the back.
