Cappella Brancacci (Brancacci Chapel)

Description: The Brancacci Chapel is a chapel in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine in Florence. It was built around 1386 and preserves Renaissance frescos by Masolino da Panicale, Masaccio and Filippino Lippi. The fresco subject is the salvation of man through episodes of St.Peter's life.
