The "Opera Museum of Santa Croce"

Location: Florence -[Tuscany- Italy]

Description: The museum tour  includes the visit to the two14th century cloisters, to the "Cappella dei Pazzi" by Brunelleschi and to the museum hosted in the refectory and next rooms.

 Inside are preserved frescos, paintings and sculptures from the 14th to the 18th century such as the famous Crucifix by Cimabue, the Frescoes by  Taddeo Gaddi, Andrea Orcagna e Domenico Veneziano as well as  the"St. Ludovico da Tolosa" a bronze statue by Donatello and ather works by Tino da Camaino,  Andrea della Robbia and Giuliano da Maiano.

 Of note are the tombs of Machiavelli, Dante Alighieri, Ugo Foscolo, Michelangelo and Galileo Galilei.
