Lasagne are thick, wide noodles with ruffled edges are used to make an Italian casserole dish called lasagne. The noodle itself is called Lasagna, and the casserole lasagne al forno. Lasagna is available in ribbons or also in sheets. Lasagne noodles are available dried, fresh or in a precooked version. Cooking time 25 min.

The Recipe:

Lasagna
(preparation time: 40/45 minutes)

Ingredients for 4 people:
Lasagne 10
15 ounces ragł
28 ounces whole milk
2 ounces butter
2 ounces Parmesan
2 ounces wheat flour
Salt to taste

Preparation:
For the bechamel, melt in a skillet the butter, add the flour and then pour the milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Season with salt and then bring to boil. Let cook for only a couple of minutes. Grease a baking pan with a little of butter and pour on the bottom a first layer of ragł and sauce, after that put a layer of lasagne and then again one with ragł and bechamel. Continue to alternate layers until the lasagne are finished leaving on top a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan(Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and cook in the oven 220°C for about twenty minutes. Let it rest for some minutes.
