Final cleaning 20 Euros, Electricity and heating costs
will be charged separately at the end of your stay on the basis of
metered consumption ( Electricity: Euro 0,25 KW/h, Gas: Euro 0,80 per
cubic meter) - Linens are not provided, occasionally are provided with a
small fee of 3 euros per person, per week. Refundable security deposit
150 Euro ( Cash upon your arrival) for any eventual damage or breakage
which may occur during the stay. Booking deposit 30 %, balance must be
paid in cash upon arrival.
