Description of the Villa:
Ground floor: Living/dining room with fireplace, Satellite TV and CD
player.
Very well equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher
and washing machine.
Two queen sized bedrooms, one with a balcony. One Twin,
with joinable beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub and
hand shower. Surrounding private garden. Sleeps 6.
Private pool. Pool opens June 1st and closes on September 30th. The owner
provides one pool towel per guest.
Available private parking (free) at the property.
A cook, payable locally, may be arranged if requested at the time of booking
Villa Belvedere -
Maid service payable locally is available if arranged at the time of booking.
A wood or charcoal barbecue is available for use. Car hire recommended. Upon
request the owners are happy to go and meet guests at the Rome airport for
an additonal fee of 125 Euro. The day arrival the owners, very kind,
will offer a dinner of welcome to Italy, with local traditional Italian dishes and a bottle of
good Orvieto's wine.
Small village of Castel Viscardo is within a few minutes drive with two
restaurants and cafè bar with good "Cappuccino", grocery, pharmacy, Bank
with A.T.M, P.O., other stores.
Orvieto within a 15 minute drive with all types of shops, restaurants ad
wineries.
Motorway Orvieto exit 15 minutes. Todi or Viterbo 30 minutes. Lake Bolsena
15 minutes Assisi 1 hour,
Spoleto 1 hour. Montepulciano in Southern Tuscany 1 hour, Siena 1.5 hours.
Rome 1.5 hours. Florence 2 hours.
The closest Airport is Rome Airport 1.5 hours.
