This wine is living proof of
the great winemaking vocation of the Colline Teramane hills
in Abruzzi, particularly the municipalities of Controguerra,
Ancarano, Colonnella, Corropoli and Torano. |

Rosso Riserva must be cask aged for a
minimum of two years, including at least six months in
bottle. White is at its best when standing for one to two
years. |

The red is dry and slightly tannic; the
white is fruity and dry with a bitterish aftertaste, and is
vinified both still and fizzy. Fresh and flavorful, it can
be either dry or amabile (semi-sweet) |

White wine should be enjoyed with
seafood and light hors d'oeuvres. Perfect complement to the

game, roasted meat and hard cheese |
