Features, color,
smell, flavor, taste etc. |
Straw yellow for the natural type, lightly
frothy and lively, for the bubbly type, and a mixture of
straw yellow and golden yellow for the late harvest type.
Delicate fresh and persistent flavor, aromatic taste,
sweet and harmonic, characteristic of the Muscat grapes.
The palate is pleasantly satisfied by
the sweet and the aromatic harmony of the natural type,
furthermore the lightly Bubbly type offers the inviting
vivacity of the light perlage. The late harvest typology
shows the velvety elegance and the wrapping of a "passito"
wine. It is considered one of Italy's most promising
white wines. |
